Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October establishing the declaration and information obligations of natural or legal persons carrying out accommodation and vehicle rental activities.
Full name, sex, identity document number, type of document (ID card, passport, TIE), nationality, date of birth, place of usual residence (full address, town and country), landline and mobile phone, e-mail, number of travellers and relationship between travellers (if any of them are minors).
Contract (reference number, date and signatures), contract execution data (date and time of entry and date and time of exit) and payment data (type, identification of the means of payment such as card type and number, holder of the means of payment, card expiry date and date of payment).
Reservations must be made through our website.
When making a reservation, the guest is responsible for accurately declaring the number of people and camping units occupying the pitch, including children of any age.
Children under 2 years old: free of charge.
Children aged 2 to 10 years: children's rate applies.
Minors may only access and stay at the campsite when accompanied at all times by their parents or legal guardians.
Booking Confirmation
To confirm a reservation, a deposit corresponding to part of the total stay amount must be paid.
Reservations made through the website must be paid via the virtual payment gateway.
Once payment has been received and verified, the guest will receive a confirmation email.
Pitches are allocated subject to availability. Although we will do our best to accommodate our guests’ preferences, we cannot guarantee a specific pitch or area.
Pets
Dogs are permitted on pitches only. They must remain under the supervision of their owners at all times, either within their pitch or on a leash. Dogs must not be left unattended or allowed to roam freely, for the well-being of both our guests and the animals themselves.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the arrival date will entitle the guest to choose between:
A full refund of the deposit paid, or retaining the amount as credit for a future reservation.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the cancellation request.
Reservations must be made through our website.

Under no circumstances may occupancy exceed the maximum capacity established for each bungalow model.
Minors may only stay at the campsite when accompanied at all times by their parents or legal guardians.

Condition of the Accommodation
Guests agree to keep the accommodation and its equipment in good condition during their stay and to return it in a reasonably clean and well-maintained state.
Any damage, deterioration, or loss resulting from improper use of the facilities or furniture may be charged to the responsible guest.
