Reservations must be made through our website.
When making a reservation, the guest is responsible for accurately declaring the number of occupants staying in the bungalow, including children of any age.
Under no circumstances may occupancy exceed the maximum capacity established for each bungalow model.
Minors may only stay at the campsite when accompanied at all times by their parents or legal guardians.
Booking Confirmation
To confirm a reservation, a deposit corresponding to part of the total stay amount must be paid.
Reservations made through the website must be paid via the virtual payment gateway.
Once payment has been received and verified, the guest will receive a confirmation email.
Bungalows are allocated subject to availability. Although we will do our best to accommodate our guests’ preferences, we cannot guarantee a specific bungalow number or location.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the bungalows.
Condition of the Accommodation
Guests agree to keep the accommodation and its equipment in good condition during their stay and to return it in a reasonably clean and well-maintained state.
Any damage, deterioration, or loss resulting from improper use of the facilities or furniture may be charged to the responsible guest.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the arrival date will entitle the guest to choose between:
A full refund of the deposit paid, or Retaining the amount as credit for a future reservation.
- Cancellations notified less than 7 days before arrival but more than 24 hours before arrival will not be eligible for a refund; however, the amount paid will be retained as credit for a future reservation.
- Cancellations notified less than 24 hours before arrival, as well as failure to arrive without prior notice (no-show), will result in the loss of the deposit paid.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the cancellation request.
