Our restaurant is part of Grupo Abrasador, a project rooted in tradition, respect for quality ingredients, and our own livestock farming. Grilling over an open flame and true craftsmanship are at the heart of what we do.

Located at the entrance of the campsite, it features a large terrace with spectacular views of the Canales reservoir and Sierra Nevada, perfect for enjoying the good weather, and in winter, a spacious dining room with a magnificent fireplace in the center.

We offer traditional homemade cuisine from the region. Our specialties include complete migas (with chorizo, black pudding, fried egg, melon and grapes), meat in almond sauce, kid goat, garlic rabbit, pork trotters, offal, and the grilled meats from the Abrasador group, among many other dishes. Everything is prepared with great care using top-quality ingredients.

We also offer dishes adapted to food intolerances, such as gluten-free croquettes, leche frita, and vegan options like vegetable-stuffed aubergines and Persian spinach. Feel free to ask us without any obligation.
