3. Conditions of Use of the Portal 3.1 General

The User undertakes to use the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User shall be liable to CAMPING LAS LOMAS or to third parties (especially CAMPINGRED) for any damages that may arise as a result of failing to comply with this obligation.

The use of the Portal for purposes harmful to the assets or interests of CAMPING LAS LOMAS or third parties, or that overload, damage or render unusable the networks, servers, and other computer hardware or software products and applications of CAMPING LAS LOMAS or third parties (especially CAMPINGRED), is expressly prohibited.

3.2 Contents

The User agrees to use the Contents in accordance with the Law, this Legal Notice, and any other applicable conditions, regulations or instructions set forth in clause 1.

By way of example, and without limitation, the User shall refrain from:
